R.D. Contracting completed a renovation to update our 20 year old home. We were pleased with the process and the results. Ray was very professional and helpful during the entire renovation. He and his wife Jen helped with the planning, design and accessing materials. The demolition was done with limited disruption. Care was taken with clean up and safety and this enabled us to stay in our home the entire time that the work was being performed. Ray was respectful to the disruption and met the tinmelines for completion. We are happy with thet workmanship put into our renovation. We would and have recommended Ray and Jen of RD Contracting.

RD Contracting built our forever home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ray and Jenny were absolutely amazing to work with during the entire build. Working with RD Contracting was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ray and Jenny make a great team, they work together so well and that transfers to how well they work with their clients. Our experience was low stress and easy the whole way through.

Today Ray is very hands on and was at the house the majority of the time, we know he spent many extra hours at the end of the build making sure we got into our house on time. Jenny was so helpful in keeping us within our budget by shopping around and finding us the best prices.

Both Jenny and Ray listened to our ideas and then would make suggestions never pressuring us, just giving us the best options to make our house beautiful keeping in mind our wants and needs. Both Jenny and Ray are very approachable and make it very comfortable to be involved as the owners. The quality of an RD home is second to none and we were able to get a high end home within our budget. RD contracting built our custom home. They were patient through waiting for our old house to sell, before starting our new one. They kept us on schedule with what we needed to have done and when. Jenny gave us great ideas on colors so everything flowed and matched- and also found us the best prices to give us what we wanted within our budget. We couldn’t be happier with our main floor renovation by RD Contracting. Ray started by explaining to us that sometimes renovations of older homes can expose thingsS you never knew were there. Although our surprises were minimal, Ray took the time to discuss the best and most inexpensive options. In choosing everything from finishings to appliances Ray & Jenny were amazing. We didn’t know what would look best and were so thankful they do. The job was done fast and no issues after 8 years. Everyday we love and enjoy this home.
