Our team wants you to feel comfortable at every stage of home ownership. That means maintaining your confidence and enthusiasm in the weeks leading up to the hand-off of your keys.

Step 1
Everything we do starts with your approval and includes a detailed conversation about our recommendations based on your budget. Selected floor plans maximize the allowable space while highlighting your desired functionality and features. RD Contracting gives you the freedom to have your say.
Step 2
A lot goes on behind the scenes of building a custom forever home. Your dream home becomes easier to envision once we begin physically framing the structure. We also have the experience to ensure all rough-in work (wiring, HVAC, and plumbing) is properly executed.
Step 3
With the shell of your home complete, it’s time to focus on the interiors. What colours and finishes do you wish to see in your new home? Your choice of flooring, trims, cabinetry, paints, and wall textures all contribute heavily to the personality of the space. We’re happy to advise on the colours and materials that work best.
Step 4
The job isn’t complete until your home is move-in ready. A final walk-through ensures all the necessary cleaning and touch-ups are complete. RD Contracting will address any questions or concerns you may have at any point. Should you need advice about your home’s upkeep in the future, we’re always happy to advise.
